VIP Lounge Server - AVILA

About the Role

The VIP Lounge Server reports to the Shift Manager Food & Beverage and is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and efficient service to our guests while serving food & beverage orders to player lounge guests.

Position Responsibilities

• Create a fun experience for guests daily
• Adding to guest enjoyment through friendly interactions
• Communications with guests which are differentiated based on guest needs and desires
• Performing role in an efficient and effective manner
• Anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns
• Ensuring our processes are adding, rather than taking away from guest experience

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hour
• Ability to effectively communicate in English

Requirements

What's Required

• Experience as a food & beverage server in a high-volume restaurant or Resort
• Strong guest service skills; including ability to converse with guests
• Positive, personable, and outwardly friendly
• Ability to perform role in a in a busy, high volume work environment
• Scheduling flexibility; to include nights and weekends
• Serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to service standards
• Must completely bus tables & keep respective station & side station clean & stocked always
