Job Description


Our client is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Wealth Management to lead the strategic growth and management of their wealth management division. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by developing and executing innovative investment strategies while providing exceptional service and guidance to high-net-worth clients.

As a VP of Wealth Management, you will utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to enhance client relationships and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wealth management strategy to accelerate growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of wealth advisors and financial planners to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities while deepening existing relationships
  • Oversee portfolio management and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align services and offerings with client needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services with a focus on HNW/UHNW clients
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving business growth
  • Deep understanding of investment strategies, financial products, and market dynamics
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
