In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the overall strategy of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and executing strategic plans that enhance organizational performance and drive growth.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of strategies and suggest enhancements.
  • Leading strategic discussions with senior management and ensuring alignment across all departments.
  • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategy implementation.
  • Managing the strategic planning process and facilitating strategic workshops and sessions.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and promote strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving successful business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey strategic recommendations effectively.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and devise solutions.
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks and capabilities in various industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change through effective strategy execution.
