Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering Strategy Leader:

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and product development. You should be as comfortable discussing code with developers as you are setting strategic goals with executives.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. You're a natural leader who inspires confidence and drives results.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record of engineering leadership is also valued.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering, or CTO. You?ve led teams that have delivered successful, scalable products.
• Proven experience in scaling engineering teams and processes in high-growth environments, particularly in industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
