As a Mechatronics Engineer at our client , you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop solutions that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components. Your role will be essential in creating intelligent systems that are reliable, efficient, and optimized for performance across various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop Mechatronic Systems:
• Create integrated systems that combine mechanical components, electronics, and control software. You'll lead the design process, ensuring that each component works seamlessly with others to achieve overall system goals.
2. Implement Control Algorithms and Software Integration:
• Develop and program control algorithms to enable system automation, precision, and responsiveness. You'll integrate sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers to achieve desired control functions.
3. Perform System Testing and Optimization:
• Conduct comprehensive testing to validate system performance, reliability, and safety. You'll troubleshoot issues, analyze test data, and refine designs to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
4. Integrate Sensors and Actuators:
• Work with various sensors and actuators, configuring them to provide accurate data and smooth operation within the system. You'll ensure systems can respond to real-time conditions effectively.
5. Collaborate on Multidisciplinary Engineering Projects:
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to align project objectives and share expertise. You'll contribute to holistic solutions by combining insights from multiple engineering domains.
6. Document Designs, Tests, and Processes:
• Create detailed documentation for designs, schematics, testing procedures, and operational guidelines. You'll ensure each project has clear records for future reference and troubleshooting.
7. Stay Updated on Mechatronics and Automation Trends:
• Keep current with advancements in mechatronics, robotics, and control systems to bring the latest innovations to your designs. You'll integrate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Mechatronics and System Integration Expertise: Strong knowledge of integrating mechanical systems with electronics and control software, including understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and systems theory.
• Control Systems and Automation Knowledge: Experience with control algorithms, PLC programming, and system automation, particularly for precision applications.
• Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or MATLAB, as well as experience with PLCs and microcontrollers for control tasks.
• Sensor and Actuator Integration: Ability to configure and integrate sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers to provide real-time data and feedback.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills for analyzing and optimizing system performance and addressing complex mechatronic challenges.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience in mechatronics or control systems may be considered.
• Certifications or training in automation, robotics, or control systems are advantageous.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in mechatronics engineering or a related field, with a proven record of designing and implementing complex mechatronic systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical design and circuit design tools for electronics integration is beneficial.
• Experience with robotic frameworks like ROS or LabVIEW is a plus.
