Your role will encompass:

• Strategically identifying and pursuing new brand partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to optimize collaboration and drive mutual benefits.
• Leading negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that support long-term growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into marketing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify potential partnership opportunities and evaluate their feasibility.
• Developing metrics for measuring partnership success and reporting on outcomes to executive leadership.
• Driving brand visibility through innovative partnership programs and shared marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related area.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing partnership impact and success metrics.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategies and brand management principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
