Job Description
We are seeking an imaginative, skillful, and versatile designer with substantive hands-on experience of designing for exceptional customer experience. This role requires you to work with other UX Leads and designers and lead conceptualization and realization of exceptional user experience for Amazon Business.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the UX Design team for design of various aspects of Amazon business workflows to create highly engaging user experience.
Create conceptual wire-frames, user flows diagrams and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts for discussion and testing purposes.
Working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver the best possible user experience
Working closely with User Research to ensure that the solutions are informed by data
Taking an active role in implementation and feature delivery
Contribute to and proactively seek solutions to technical or design challenges.
Help implement design specifications to ship-able quality.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, or Bachelor's degree
