We're looking for a Design Manager to lead a passionate and talented design team in shaping next-generation learning experiences. In this role, you'll champion user-centered design, build and evolve a cohesive design vision, and streamline processes across our product suite to ensure excellence in every interaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and elevate the visual and user experience of our products, ensuring each interaction is seamless and delightful.
- Lead the development and scaling of design systems that foster creativity, consistency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into innovative and impactful design strategies.
- Leverage user feedback and data insights to continuously iterate and refine design solutions.
- Inspire, mentor, and empower a team of designersnurturing a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Guide the team through the full design lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to final execution.
- Promote cross-team collaboration to align design efforts with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.
- Implement efficient workflows, uphold high standards, and ensure design quality across all touchpoints.
- Champion user-first design principles, advocating for accessibility, usability, and design excellence in every project.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies to keep the team and products ahead of the curve.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in product design, including leadership roles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership across people, product, and process.
- Deep expertise in design fundamentalstypography, layout, color theory, and UX principles.
- Skilled in leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- A strong advocate for education and committed to creating meaningful user experiences.
