Talent Worx is looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of our applications. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for intuitive user interfaces.

Design and implement interactive user experiences that align with the company's brand standards.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on user-centered design.
Understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
