Job Description

Staff4Me is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer Level 2 to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer Level 2, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with clients and the design team to develop unique and effective visual solutions that meet the needs of our clients and represent our brand.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality and visually engaging designs for both print and digital mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
Work closely with the design team to develop and refine design concepts, using feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.
Manage and organize design files, including archiving and version control.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Expert proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative and visually impactful designs.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality designs.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
