Graphic Designer Level2

Staff4Me is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer Level 2 to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer Level 2, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for a variety of projects. You will collaborate with clients and the design team to develop unique and effective visual solutions that meet the needs of our clients and represent our brand.

• Create high-quality and visually engaging designs for both print and digital mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
• Work closely with the design team to develop and refine design concepts, using feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.
• Manage and organize design files, including archiving and version control.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Expert proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative and visually impactful designs.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality designs.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
