We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless user interfaces and enhancing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with developers and product managers, you will create designs that align with business goals and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define design requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
• Design for multiple devices (mobile, tablet, desktop), ensuring responsiveness across all platforms.
• Apply interaction design (IxD) principles to create smooth and engaging user interactions, incorporating animations and transitions.
• Organize and structure content effectively using sound information architecture.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain high design standards.
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines) to ensure usability and inclusivity for all users.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research to identify design opportunities and enhance the overall user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in UI design tools like Figma.
• Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems and design libraries.
• Expertise in responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, iconography, and spacing in visual design.
• Experience in interaction design (IxD), with a focus on animations and transitions to enhance user experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices for accessible design.
• Strong problem-solving skills to provide creative and practical design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Solid time management skills for handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a collaborative environment.
