Transactional Attorney

FMJ has an opening for a transactional attorney to work with our Aviation & Transportation Practice Group. The firm is looking for an attorney with 4 or more years of experience handling business and commercial law matters, asset-based transactions, and/or finance/loan matters. An ideal candidate would be able to take on tasks and projects independently and usher them through to completion in consultation with senior attorneys in the practice area. Experience in equipment leasing/financing or aviation law would be preferred.

Salary range for this position is $145,000 to $170,000 and is commensurate with experience.
