Duties:

Supporting the administration of the learning management system (LMS) and managing the quality system training program

Providing subject matter expertise on the learning process and LMS to other functional areas

Ensuring effective communication, monitoring, and promotion of learning activities

Conducting training curriculum reviews and revising training plans accordingly

Creating and managing a qualified train-the-trainer program

Requirements:

5+ years of compliance and audit experience, preferably in a regulated environment

Strong critical thinking and data entry skills

Proficiency in Excel, Agile, and/or Oracle

Experience in writing, including proofreading and editing
