About the?Trailer?Mechanic/Technician Role?? As a?Trailer?Mechanic/Technician,?you'll?be the expert our customers rely on to keep their fleets on the road. This field-based role is perfect for?skilled technicians?who enjoy independence and variety in their work.You'll?be?responsible for?performing?preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs?on Commercial?trailers. Backed by a?supportive team?that values your'skill,?drive?and dedication,?you'll?tackle new challenges every day and take pride in delivering?safe,?reliable?and efficient service?that keeps America moving.

• Perform?onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections?and follow up repairs on Commercial?trailers?in a?field environment.

• Respond to?dispatch requests?for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.

• Diagnose and repair?electrical, brake,'suspension?and air systems?? keeping trailers safe, compliant, and road-ready.

• Repair?structural and exterior components'such as corner nose rails, corner radius, wheel seals, bottom'skirts,?panels, doors,?and top rails.?

• Put your?expertise?to work using?hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment?to get the job done right.

• Stay productive and efficient, meeting or beating?industry-standard?repair times.

• Jump in wherever needed ??we're?a?team that supports each other.?

• At least?3 years of hands-on?trailer?tech experience working on Commercial?trailers.?

• DOT inspection and air brake repair?expertise?that keeps fleets rolling safely.?

• Strong communication'skills?? you know how to connect and communicate with customers and drivers alike.?

• Comfortable using?mobile apps, navigation'systems?and digital tools?to stay organized and document repairs.?

• Ready for the outdoors?? rain or shine at customer yards.

• Independent, dependable, and self-motivated?? you take pride in getting the job done right.

• A positive attitude and safety-first mindset.

• Must be 23+?with a clean driving record?and a?valid driver's license.?

• Bring your?own hand tools?and?we?ll'supply everything else.

• Work in dynamic, high-traffic areas ? safety and precision are key.

• Expect exposure to?dust, diesel fumes, and noise?typical of a shop or yard environment.

• Safely handle?chemicals, oils, and grease?as part of repair work.

• Be ready to?lift, move, and position?heavy equipment or components.

• Stay active ??you'll?bend, kneel, crawl, and crouch?to access vehicle components.?

• Work outdoors in?all weather conditions?? rain or'shine,?our team gets it done.
