Toxic Tort Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an excellent opportunity in its New York office for an experienced litigation attorney to work in Toxic Tort law practice group. A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in general liability is required (toxic tort law preferred). The team is devoted to delivering superior client service and fostering long lasting professional relationships within and outside of the firm. The ideal candidate will have clerked or have been a member of law review and will have extensive deposition, motion and trial experience acting as a lead or second counsel. Excellent academic credentials with proven skills in writing, analysis and research are required. Candidates must be licensed in New York, and admission in New Jersey is a plus. GRSM offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including eligibility for subjective and objective business and student debt repayment assistance. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote, hybrid and full-time opportunities. The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
