Title Coordinator

The Title Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of closing figures and fundings for purchase and refinance real estate closings. The role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a Hybrid position with 3 days a week on-site.

1) Responsible for entering closing figures and balancing files in ResWare Software.

2) Prepares miscellaneous documents required at closing.

3) Reviews mortgage payoff statements.

4) Acts as the liaison between attorneys and lenders prior to closing.

6) Assists the closing officer with various tasks.

• Knowledge of basic title exceptions and/or clearance requirements

• 1-2 years previous title company experience and/or bachelors' degree or established business background required.
