Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tilt Wall Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of tilt-up concrete construction projects. This is a critical leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and project excellence. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in tilt wall construction and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site activities related to tilt-up concrete construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
  • Manage critical construction tasks including layout, formwork, rebar placement, lifting sequence, and finishing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and project schedules.
  • Lead regular safety meetings and ensure strict compliance with company safety procedures.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are on-site, available, and utilized efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and specifications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in tilt-up concrete construction .
  • In-depth knowledge of modern construction methods, tools, and materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications with precision.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
