Territory Sales ExecutiveFOFO (Franchise Own and Franchise Operated)
Managing a set of Channel Partners
Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer Acquisition, retention an Store Operations.
Training to improve staff productivity and QualityExecute varioussalesstrategies & programsin collaboration with Channel Partnersto achieve sales target
Execute sales promotion activitiesto acquire new customers- like BTL Elements, Promotional Campaigns, Mall Activation Events
Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territory
Corporate Tie-upsto generate new revenue streams.
Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for them
Requirements
Minimum marks in 10th, 12th,
Graduation and MBA should be 60% or above.
Must have done an internship in a proper company and not an NGO.
Work experience to be less than or equal to 1 year.
Good communication skills.
MBA degree compulsory.
Willing to Travel for 20 days in a month
