Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage all tender documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze tender specifications to ensure compliance and understanding.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and inputs for tender submissions.
  • Submit tender responses within stipulated deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements and seek additional information as needed.
  • Monitor tender activities and ensure accurate records of submissions and feedback are maintained.
  • Participate in post-tender analysis and reporting to improve future tender processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tender management or procurement processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with tender management software.
