• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our salon and spa services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to attract new clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide information regarding our services and offers.
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
• Maintain a record of calls and follow-ups with potential clients to ensure a smooth process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Ability to engage clients and build rapport over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of salon and spa services preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle objections and remain persistent to achieve goals.
