Technology Engineer - DevOps & Data Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled?Technology Engineer?with strong expertise in?DevOps, CI/CD, and Big Data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and designing robust data solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, distributed systems, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Requirements Key Responsibilities DevOps & CI/CD

• Design, implement, and manage?CI/CD pipelines?using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, and similar technologies
• Automate software delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment risks
• Ensure smooth integration and continuous deployment across environments

• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using?Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance of containerized workloads

• Develop and maintain?Infrastructure as Code (IaC)?using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure with a focus on scalability and reliability

• Architect and implement?Big Data solutions?using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or related technologies
• Design and manage?distributed data systems?for high-performance data processing and storage

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Work closely with?development, operations, and data teams?to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Participate in design discussions and provide technical insights

• Ensure infrastructure and applications follow?security best practices
• Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

• Strong experience in?DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitOps, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with?Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proficiency in?Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools
• Experience with?Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Understanding of?distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience in?banking or financial services domain
• Knowledge of?cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with?security frameworks and compliance standards
