Technology Engineer - DevOps & Data Platforms

We are looking for a highly skilled?Technology Engineer?with strong expertise in?DevOps, containerization, and big data technologies?to support enterprise-scale digital and data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable infrastructure and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities DevOps & CI/CD

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as?Jenkins, GitOps
• Automate build, deployment, and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using?Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of applications

• Develop and manage infrastructure using?Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Maintain version-controlled infrastructure for consistency and scalability

• Architect and implement data solutions using?Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
• Handle large-scale data processing and streaming pipelines

• Design and manage distributed data architectures
• Optimize data storage and processing performance across systems

• Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementations

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency

• Ensure infrastructure and data platforms follow security best practices
• Maintain compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards

• Strong experience in?DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on expertise with?Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Proficiency in?Terraform / Ansible (IaC tools)
• Experience with?big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Solid understanding of?distributed systems architecture
• Experience with?cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience in?banking or financial services domain
• Knowledge of?GitOps practices
• Familiarity with?monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
