Technical Project Manager

to join their team.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $80-90/hr

What?s the Job?

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, improving team dynamics and delivery effectiveness.

Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear goals, priorities, and expectations, balancing Agile delivery with traditional project oversight where needed.

Address and remove impediments that hinder team progress, whether within the team or due to external constraints.

Monitor and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans to maintain project momentum.

Support budgeting, scope management, and project timelines to align with business objectives and organizational priorities.

Promote Agile adoption within the teams, driving continuous learning and improvement.

Utilize Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress and maintain transparency.

What?s Needed?

5+ years of experience in IT project management.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe certifications preferred.

PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
