Technical Project Coordinator

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on key performance indicators.
• Facilitate meetings, including planning sessions, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Document project requirements, changes, and decisions in a clear and organized manner.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to project managers proactively.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budget reports, and status reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving project goals.
• Basic knowledge of software development and technical concepts is a plus.
