The Team Lead will drive the development of digital web experiences for our Client Health Care customers, focusing on delivering high-quality, robust, and resilient web applications. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership, guiding teams through complex projects and ensuring exceptional delivery standards.

Requirements

• Lead the development of front and middle-tier solutions, utilizing advanced programming frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architecture, security, and user experience teams, to ensure development aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
• Innovate and implement cutting-edge web technologies to enhance user interactions and satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team.
• Develop and maintain all aspects of the web application technology stack.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging feedback and innovation.
• Ensure the delivery of scalable and secure web applications by integrating best security practices throughout the software development life cycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Vue.js, and Angular 10+.
• Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs; knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
• Solid background in Java and open-source stack technologies.
• In-depth understanding of secure coding practices.
