Our client, a leading Retail Specialist in the Electronics industry, is seeking a Team Lead Bilingual Cantonese to join their team. As a Team Lead Bilingual Cantonese, you will be part of the Sales Performance Operations supporting a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for home appliances, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.

Maintain a deep understanding of the store?s product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.

Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

What's Needed?

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a must.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Mandarin or Cantonese.

Proficiency in conducting product demos and familiarity with technology sales is beneficial.
