Tax Senior - CPA and Review Experience

Elite Sourcing LLC, in partnership with a reputable accounting firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join their team. As a Tax Senior, you will play a critical role in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, and maximizing their tax benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong tax background and a passion for assisting clients with their tax needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, researching tax laws and regulations, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who pays close attention to detail, has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Hybrid Role!

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Review and compile financial statements for clients.
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
• Identify and recommend tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior tax professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in reviewing and compiling financial statements.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
