Tax Manager

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing tax planning and compliance for our company and clients. • Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals.
• Develop and implement tax strategies and planning for the company and clients.
• Review and analyze tax returns and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Research and interpret tax legislation and regulations.
• Advise clients on tax implications and potential opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Experience managing and leading a team of tax professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite.
