Job Description
Candidate should have 3-6 years (classes 2019-2022) of significant transactional experience in tax equity financing, tax credit purchase agreements and associated transactions. Experience should include negotiation of preparation of equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC Agreements, tax credit purchase agreement and other ancillary documents relating thereto and include significant experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements (offtake, EPC, supply contracts, O&M services, and/or other project agreements). The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
