Job Description

We are searching for a junior associate to join our tax group in our Bay Area offices, with a preference for them to sit in our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate has at least a year of experience in a tax practice with a top tier law firm, with experience in M&A and general corporate and partnership tax matters.

We are looking for a team-oriented and collaborative attorney who is excited about working with clients in the emerging growth and venture capital ecosystem. The tax group works closely with the firm?s corporate group and fund formation group and advises clients on a variety of tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and other joint ventures, venture fund formation and financing and capital market transactions.

Job Requirements:

JD 2021-2023
Strong preference for candidates who are already licensed to practice law in the State of California
Previous large law firm experience required

Salary Range:

$235,000 - 310,000
