Talent Acquisition Specialist - US Hiring

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience handling end-to-end recruiting in Gen AI, ML, and Data Engineering. Our recruiting team is one of the most crucial functions within the organization, as recruiters play a key role in driving successful organizational growth. You will have the opportunity to hire consultants for cutting-edge jobs in data science, AI, machine learning, and analytics. Growth opportunities include building a talent team and owning the recruiting activity for a line of business or an entire vertical. This position is 100% remote, with availability required to operate in?Eastern Standard Time (EST)?hours. Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Availability to work in EST hours
• Experience in US hiring, particularly for GenAI, ML, and Data Engineering roles
• Proven understanding of work authorization processes for North America
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder management ability
• Experience working for a consulting company with global operations (US, India) highly preferred
• Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving requirements
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Enthusiastic, personable, and positive attitude toward team collaboration

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers
• Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
• Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and calibrate the hiring process
• Engage and attract talent across levels?from senior consultants to leadership roles
• Manage interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers
• Build partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors
