Prime Air is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to work in an interdisciplinary environment on core Drone decision-making software.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years professional development experience in a DO-178C environment
Familiarity with at least one software language such as C+ - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams and management to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs
Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity
Preferred Qualifications
Master?s degree in Computer Science or related field
Software development experience
Experience working on aerospace products or projects

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
