ITE Management is a premier investment manager and private equity firm focused on acquiring and managing transportation equipment and asset operating platforms within the infrastructure sector. We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in New York.

About the Role:

The Systems Administrator will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and end-user support. This position requires a well-rounded IT professional with expertise across Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, and related technologies. As the primary IT support contact across the organization, you'll deliver top-tier service and act as a trusted resource for all technical needs.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You bring a robust background in Microsoft Administration, IT infrastructure optimization, and documentation. Your technical expertise spans platforms like M365, Teams, Outlook, video conferencing and A/V systems, and peripheral hardware. Additionally, you have hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Help Desk Supportglobal point person for the organization

Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 Suite (Security Groups, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams) ensuring smooth operation and user support.

Operate Jira (ITSM) support ticketing system

Assist with Entra ID identity and access management (IAM) administration

Support the management of Intune and Windows Domain Controller Group Policy and Intune Conditional Access Policies

Provide basic support and maintenance for cloud infrastructure within Azure

Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT security systems, including tools such as DNS filtering, SIEM, MDR and firewalls

Support the NY and Chicago offices with on-site assistance as needed

This role is part of a small, collaborative IT team in a fast-paced environment. Occasional after-hours support is required for system upgrades or issue resolution.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Certifications: MS-102, or equivalent certifications showcasing proficiency in relevant technologies.

3-5 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on supporting and maintaining infrastructure and cloud-based systems in the financial sector.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Basic knowledge of systems integration tools like Power Apps and familiarity with Azure OpenAI Studio (a plus but not required).

Salary Range:

• Estimated base salary range for this position is: $85,000-$95,000. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
