Systems Administrator

The Leidos National Security Sector is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team in the Quantico, VA area supporting a program for a federal law enforcement agency. You will provide systems administration for the Operations and Support Services program. This role requires daily onsite support in Quantico, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

oProvide onsite daily systems administration for the system, as directed by the Government, maintaining greater than 99% availability

oMonitor and manage messages and reports

oReview application event logs and take necessary action

oVerify application backups

oManage backups jobs

oArchive backups to an offsite location

oRestore backups at Continuity of Operations (COOP) sites to insure backup functionality

oExecute auto-searches and keyboard searches

oPerform SQL Server Database management

oMaintain user accounts

oMaintain agency configurations

oEnsure antivirus update success

oVerify data expungements

oInterface with help desk and users

oProvide onsite technical support to users

oReport metrics monthly and provide updated maps, charts, graphs, and other analysis

oConduct specialized search requests and distribute the results

Required Qualifications:

oActive Top-Secret Clearance

oUS Citizenship

oBachelor of Science degree

oTypically requires BS and 4 ? 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 ? 6 years of prior relevant experience.

oA minimum of three (3) years of experience as a systems administrator

oDemonstrated history of attention to details and strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
