System Administrator IV

Position Type:?Contingent on Contract Award. Salary:?$115k-$185k (depending on experience)

The System Administrator IV?supports?the Navy by administering,?maintaining, and securing enterprise IT systems across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. This role ensures system reliability, performance, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

• ?Lead administration and optimization of enterprise systems and server infrastructure.?
• Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.?
• Oversee system performance, availability, and high availability configurations.?
• Resolve complex system issues and provide technical leadership.?
• Mentor junior administrators.?
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements Required:

• 8?12 years of experience in?relevant?field.?
• Bachelor?s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).?
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.?
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD environments.?

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.?
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems.?
• Relevant certifications (Security+, RHCSA, AWS, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?
• Ability to work in complex environments.?

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
