The AGL team is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own strategic and cross-functional operational initiatives that support the growth of our Grocery business. Analyzing complex data sets and using customized tools to determine long term topology needs for our network, communicating this vision clearly to partner teams to enable strategic Real Estate and CapEx decisions

Engaging cross-functional project teams; planning, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders. Examples include new Store Formats that optimize selection while reducing delivery costs

Coordinating projects with tech teams to ensure our delivery network technology can scale to address future challenges and growth

Creating innovative solutions and processes to find new ways to evaluate our network, and serve our customers more efficiently

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

3+ years of supply chain experience

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
