About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent/Foreman with over 4 years of experience for a leading commercial construction firm. This role involves overseeing concrete operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage concrete tasks including formwork, pouring, finishing, and curing on-site.
• Lead and coordinate a team of workers and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent or Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and safety practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus
