Our client, a leading construction firm in the Senior Living/Assisted Living space, is seeking a General Superintendent to join their team. As a Superintendent, you will be part of the construction management team supporting various project initiatives from the ground-up. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Superintendent
Location: Livermore, California
Pay Range:
$150,000 - $170,000
What's the Job?
Oversee and coordinate all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans.
Coordinate subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Perform quality control and safety checks throughout the construction process.
Provide on-site direction and support during the preparation of construction sites.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
What's Needed?
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
Strong understanding of construction procedures and safety guidelines.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
