What You?ll Do As our Store Manager, you?ll run the show?balancing leadership, operations, and customer care.

• Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive Store Success: Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance.
• Create a Great Experience: Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Support Customers: Resolve issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty.
• Maintain Standards: Oversee safety, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
• Jump In Where Needed: Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence.

• 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager).

• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver?s license and auto insurance (required).

The minimum salary for the Store Manager position is $55,000 annually The minimum salary for the Store Manager Trainee position is $19.00 per hour
