The Staff Technical Product Manager is responsible for representing IT in shaping a shared vision for an internally developed application used by various stakeholder groups to maintain security of Cytiva software products.

This position reports to the Senior Manager ? Digital Operations and is part of the IT R&D Team located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with functional and business partners.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.

Translate business requirements into strategic and tactical IT deliveries.

Implement and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

Lead and support IT internal and (when appropriate) external process analysis.

Build robust business cases for IT activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Build, maintain, and manage the demand funnel process.

Encourage and motivate development teams to deliver innovative solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.

Support resource allocation based on business priorities and IT capabilities.

Take on Project Management responsibility for selected initiatives.

Who you are:

Degree holder in information systems, computer science or related technical discipline

Experienced in driving business analysis across multiple pref. global stakeholder teams

Experienced in technical product management

Experienced in leading technical implementations involving different hosting solutions

Experienced in driving decisions based on robust data analytics

Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communion skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Product Security Lifecycle management processes

Vulnerability management processes

.NET software development
