Vendor Management Associate

Laundryheap is a fast-growing tech start-up revolutionizing the laundry and dry cleaning industry. We pick up, clean & deliver within 24 hours, with the service currently being available in 14 markets around the globe. After a successful start, we are now ready to grow our young and dynamic team even further and continue our international expansion. The Role As a Partner Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the performance of our partner facilities across regions. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you?ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving partner issues, and helping drive quality, consistency, and scalability within our partner network. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality output from partner facilities.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for partners, ensuring alignment with our standards.
• Conduct regular virtual check-ins and reviews to track progress, provide support, and reinforce expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and partner performance, ensuring operational targets are consistently met.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Regional/Ops Associates) to support order processing flow, inventory management, and admin tasks.
• Resolve partner issues and manage escalations efficiently to avoid service disruptions.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with facilities, covering capacity, complaints, payments, quality, and audit outcomes.
• Identify training needs for new and existing partners and ensure performance standards are maintained.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and sourcing strategies.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Good analytical ability; able to interpret data and present clear insights.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability.

• Familiarity with CRMs, BI tools, or Google Data Studio.
• Exposure to international operations or B2B commercial processes.
• 2+ years in a high-growth, operations-focused role; laundry/dry cleaning industry experience is a plus.

• 5 days a week (2 week-offs based on rota)
• 9-hour shifts (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
• Rotational shift timings, including night shifts.
• Office-based role in Bengaluru
