Job Description

The Portland office of Bullivant Houser is seeking a Staff Attorney with five or more years of experience handling civil litigation matters to join a well-respected firm that offers a collegial, collaborative and stable work environment. We are seeking a litigation attorney with strong writing skills and experience in surety law. This position involves advising and representing clients in a variety of complex legal matters, including contract disputes, corporate finance and securities, professional liability, directors and officers? claims, regulatory agency investigations, employment liability claims, fiduciary claims, and other commercial disputes.
