Job Description

The New York Office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon is seeking a staff attorney candidate with 2 ?5 years of litigation experience to join the General Liability Litigation practice group. Desired candidates will have experience generating pleadings, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, and drafting discovery and document productions and motions. We are seeking candidates with New York-focused litigation experience who are licensed to practice in New York. Candidates also licensed to practice in New Jersey is a plus. In accordance with applicable law, the annualized salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on the candidate?s overall relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually.
