Sr. Software Engineer, RPA (VMO)

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be a senior technical contributor responsible for developing,?optimizing, and supporting?automations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leadership to deliver automation solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities. You will develop a strong understanding of our automation architecture and?platform. This role requires deep technical?expertise?in RPA platforms, specifically UiPath. You will?leverage?your skills in scripting and automation to build and?maintain?robust solutions. Responsibilities?

• Build, configure, debug, monitor, and?maintain?reliable, scalable, and secure robotic process automations primarily using UiPath.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to deliver automation solutions that align with established standards and guidelines.

• Develop and support automations that may integrate with various enterprise applications, API endpoints, and AI services.

• Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable automations using UiPath and scripting languages.

• Provide production support for existing automations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues?in a timely manner.

• Create and?maintain?technical documentation for?automation?workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or?a related?field.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related role.

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting RPA solutions using UiPath.

• 3-5+ years of experience with?a scripting language'such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.

• Proven experience in SDLC and Agile?methodology?driving the execution of complex software projects.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving?troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to apply a'systems?thinking approach to analyze and?optimize?end-to-end business processes.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with business partners.

• Experience integrating AI/ML models or services into automation workflows.

• Experience developing and configuring AWS services.

• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification.
