Job Description
Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a skilled and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all stages of the litigation process. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court rules
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Experience managing document production and e-discovery
- Excellent research skills and ability to analyze and summarize case-related information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of personal injury law
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
