Sr. DotNet Engineer

Candidates with 8+ years of experience in IT industry?and with strong .Net/.Net Core/ SQL Server, Azure functions. This is a client facing role and hence should have strong communication skills. Some Production Support experiance on ITSM projects is a added plus

Working hours - 8 hours, He/she will work in shifts covering UK time zonesUK(2.00pm to 11.00pm)

Responsibilities include:

• Application Support & API Integrations with third party solutions/services
• ITIL processes (defect triage, SLA management, Monitoring KPIs, Problem management, Incident management, workarounds)
• Develop, enhance, document, and fix application issues in .Net Core 5/6+ , C#, /REST API/T-SQL and AngularJS/React JS
• Participate and develop code as part of a unified development group, working the whole technological stack
• Work with the team to define, design, and deliver on new features
• Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) with software development models like Agile, Scrum model, Jira models.
• Effective communication skill, technical documentation, ownership quality.

Requirements

Primary Skills:

• Production Suppoprt for the assigned applications
• Develop high-quality software code.
• 5 years of development & Support experience in C# , .Net technologies, SQL
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud Service , Application Insights, Azure Monitoring, KeyVault and SQL Azure.
• Expertise in C#, .Net Core 3.0/6.0 or higher, Entity framework
• Proficient in writing Unit Test Cases using X-Unit, MS-Test
• Build standards based frameworks and libraries to support a large-scale application
• Expertise in RDBMS including MS SQL Server with thorough knowledge in writing SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Packages, Cursors & tables and objects types.
• Experience in large scale software development.
• Prior experience in Application Support & API Integrations
• Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, experience in designing solutions
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Secondary Skills:

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, React JS, jQuery, Angular and other front-end technologies
• Azure DevOps - CI/CD pipelines (classic / YAML)
