Sr. Administrative Assistant - Cybersecurity Team (TS/SCI)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Cybersecurity team within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a professional who excels in written and verbal communication, can operate independently, and demonstrates a proactive approach to administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interfacing with senior leaders, government officials, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Professional Communication : Draft, edit, and refine emails and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, document minutes, and lead discussions as needed during meetings. Serve as the primary speaker in smaller meetings when required.
• Administrative Management : Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and logistical support for the team.
• Liaison Activities : Act as the point of contact for interagency communication, building strong relationships with DoD and IC counterparts.
• Onsite Presence : Maintain a consistent onsite presence at the Springfield, VA, location to provide hands-on support and facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience or familiarity with security concepts, cybersecurity frameworks, or related technical fields.
• Prior experience working with or supporting DoD or IC agencies.
• Strong ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications :

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Excellent written communication skills with proven ability to compose and edit professional correspondence.
• Experience in facilitating meetings, including note-taking and leading discussions.
• Availability to work onsite in Springfield, VA.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences.
