Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned SQL Database Administrator with expertise in SQL Server 2016–2022 and AWS RDS. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over database performance tuning, high availability configurations, and backup strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage SQL Server environments including Always On, Log Shipping, and Multi-AZ setups
Perform backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning
Tune database performance and monitor query efficiency
Automate tasks using PowerShell or Shell scripting
Migrate on-prem databases to AWS RDS
Implement IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch monitoring for database services
Support SSIS and SSRS implementations
Work in a Linux (Ubuntu) environment when needed
