Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each client
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address client's specific needs
- Provide direct therapy services to clients and monitor their progress
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately in the electronic health records system
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid and active Louisiana Board of Education for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
- Pass a criminal background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
