Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to bring their expertise to our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents in assisted living facilities. Just as you prioritize delivering excellent care, we focus on supporting your professional growth and success.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
Patient Load: Approximately 7 patients daily / 35 visits weekly
Key Duties:
Deliver evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Create an engaging and supportive environment to facilitate patient recovery.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of patient evaluations, therapy plans, and progress reports.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid and active Oregon SLP license.
At least 2 years of experience with adult and elderly populations.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, driven by a commitment to patient care.
